Angenieux on Moon 40 years ago

On July 20, 1969, an Angénieux zoom lens was used to film Neil Armstrong’s first steps on the moon. (One small step for Man, one giant leap for Mankind.) White Square

Dedo Weigert, BVK, cinematographer and eponymous inventor of precision lighting systems (Dedo Lights, etc), recently received the White Square Award during the White Square Film Festival in Moscow. Dedo also was made an honorary member of the Russian Guild of Cinematographers, the second honorary member in the guild’s history.
