Mole-Richardson is moving  from its Hollywood home to the Northern San Fernando Valley. It’s a new production, distribution and administration facility.

There are 10,000 square feet of corporate offices, conference rooms, workspaces, showrooms, and a museum. The museum will show the company’s product evolution and celebrate “Old Hollywood.”

Mole-Richardson’s manufacturing, wholesale & retail expendable distribution business (Studio Depot), equipment rental operations and the Larry Mole Parker Technical Institute take up an additional 120,000 square feet. That’s about 3 acres of space.
