Mole-Richardson Co. celebrated their 85th Anniversary with a terrific open house at the Larry Mole Parker Technical Institute today–down a long red carpet lined with a historical collection of the company’s lights. The barbecue beef from the Mole-Richardson Farm (at the foot of Mount Shasta) was the best I ever had–helped by the gorgeous weather, the fascinating history of the company that Mike Parker and Larry Mole Parker recounted, the band, drinks and plentiful buffet.
