AbelCine opened their doors to an open house on July 20 at their 801 South Main Street, Burbank, CA office.

The Open House included free seminars on Phantom Flex4K, Arri ALEXA, Sony CineAlta and Canon Cinema EOS cameras. AbelCine Technical Specialists, manufacturers, and guests answered questions and demoed equipment. There was be a silent auction, and raffles of gear donated by manufacturers, a Phantom high-speed photo booth and an outdoor grill.

This Open House celebrated the renovation and expansion of AbelCine’s West Coast location. Now complete, it includes a large, hands-on showroom, high-tech rental bays, advanced camera and lens testing rooms, and two screening rooms.

The optical service center has some of the latest and most sophisticated equipment in LA, and includes ZEISS K8 and K9 test equipment, staffed by factory-trained, certified technicians. AbelCine is the first Carl Zeiss Authorized Service Partner in North America, as well as an Authorized Angenieux Service Center.
