PMW-F3 Super 35mm camcorder, Production panel discussion and screening
A screening of the NYU, Tisch/Kanbar Institute of Film & TV production, Anarchy, shot with the PMW-F3, will be shown and the production team will be on hand to discuss their experiences with the camera, including Director, Jacob Robinson and DP Leonardo D’Antoni.
About Leonardo D’Antoni, DP: Leonardo D’Antoni is a filmmaker, born in Argentina, pursuing an MFA in directing at NYU’s graduate film program. After studying psychology and earning a degree in film production at San Francisco State University, he began working as a lighting technician while producing a series of short films and documentaries.
In addition to attending NYU, he works as a gaffer, camera operator, and lighting technician on concerts and music videos.
Exploring XDCAM – The new XDCAM Browser and Direct to Edit
Whether XDCAM EX or XDCAM Professional Disc, the two platforms can work together in post. It now has native Direct to Edit support of the file formats in all NLE’s, including Avid AMA and Apple Final Cut Pro with the Sony plug-in CinemonMP4.
